AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss requires you to have the Find My feature enabled on your device at the time it is lost or stolen. If you select it, the full cost of the plan will be spread out over 24 monthly payments. You are not required to purchase AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss to participate in the iPhone Upgrade Program. The back glass damage service fee is only available for iPhone 12, iPhone 13, and iPhone 14 models.
